Presenters Guide

A reminder that all presenters must abide by the Code of Conduct.

Please check the Program to see if you have been allocated a long or short timeslot:

  1. Long: 10 minute timeslot
  2. Short: 5 minute timeslot

Rather than questions after each presentation, there instead will be a joint Q&A at the end of each session.

All presenters will be given the opportunity to respond to questions submitted via the conference Slack workspace throughout the event and afterwards.

All presentations will be recorded by default. Please contact the Organising Committee if you do not wish to be recorded.

Slides

Please upload your slides to the shared folder by 8:00AM AWST on Monday, 18 November 2024. You should have received a link to this folder via email. Please put your slides in the folder corresponding to your session. PDF file format is preferred.

If you have last minute changes to your slides, please bring them on a USB drive for loading onto the venue computer during the break before your session.

In-person

For streaming purposes, presenters must deliver their talk using the PC at the venue. The cameras in the rooms may have limited fields-of-view so we ask that you try to stand in place to give your presentation.

During question time, please repeat the question into the microphone so that it is recorded as well.

Online

Zoom connection details will be distributed via the Slack workspace.

A tech rehearsal is scheduled for 10:00AM AWST on Wednesday, 15 November 2024, for presenters to try out the Zoom/Slack setup.
